All new engines, frames and transmissions come with the manufacturers factory warranties. All parts should be fit by a qualified mechanic or bike builder. Custom Valley Choppers are not liable for misuse, mis-fitment,  warranty claims, damaged products or poor workmanship unless agreed or stated otherwise.
